Meeting weekly to discuss the problems of the Student Body, the Student Council concluded a year of vigorous activities. The Student Council works to improve Wy'east. The Student Council helps coordinate student and administration activities and regulates club activities. At the beginning of the year the Student Council entertains the faculty at the Student Council faculty Banquet.

Girls' League President Judi Goe V106 President Margaret Wright Secretary Judy Shibahara The Girls' League has been busy this year planning and carrying out many activities In September the senior girls chose freshmen for little sisters During the Christmas month the Girls' League held their Big and Little Sister an- quet and carried out a vigorous campaign to collect mis- cellaneous items for the girls at Hillcrest In January they presented the annual Sweetheart's Ball and in the spring the Girls' League entertained their mothers at the traditional tea. Each month the organization chooses an outstanding girl to honor as Girl of the Month. This choice is based upon scholastic achievement, personality and participation in school activities. A scholarship was presented by the organization to a Senior girl for further education.
