otionol Honor Society The National Honor Society is a group which recognizes excellence in student accomplish- ment at Wiirzburg American High School. It is not to scholarship alone that the N.H.S. gives support. Membership is always based upon a combination of scholarship with good citizenship and with personal qualities of leadership, service, and character. The major goal of N.H.S. is to have active programs of ser- vice. The Wiirzburg Chapter is in charge of the school's Honor Roll and has taken an active lead in the beautification ofthe s c h o o l m i l i e u and c a m p u s improvement. The National Honor Society holds inductions in the Winter and Spring of each year.
