ADMINISTRATION Fraser C. Small Mr. Small attended Northeast Missouri State Col- lege at Kirksville earning a Bachelor of Science de- gree in History and Political Science. After earn- ing a Master of Arts degree in Secondary School Administration, he was a Superintendent and teacher at Frankford, Missouri, for one year. Mr. Small then became superintendent of Wright City Schools and has been here for nineteen years. I Iris J. Schaper Miss Schaper graduated from Wright City High and later returned as Secretary of the school and School Board for nineteen years. Donald Jones Upon completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education at the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri, Mr. Jones earned his Master of Arts degree in Secondary School Administration. His first employment was coaching for two years at Kingsville, Missouri. Next was Ashland, Missouri, where he was coach for four years and principal the next four years. Presently he is at Wright City and has been tbe principal and Drivers Training instruc- tor for the past two years. 6
