On stage in song-bird style is seen and, of course, heard Mary Hurless known as the Singing Dietician. In addition to Mary, there is billed a fashion and dance sensation who has taken the entertainment world by storm. Who else! None other than Elaine Smith. Mary Case handles the cashier duties and cashing of winners chips at the end of the grand tour. Mary also covers the activities of the Eagle Queen for the Boat News, a weekly newspaper printed and edited this rapidly growing journalistic project. Furnishing the music for the drifting and dreaming is that greatest of Rock'n Roll band director, Jack Myers and his Jumpin' Jacks. There are two of the class members that will be absent due to previously planned endeavors. Marion Rickard has taken over business at Middlebury and Dean Vanover has landed on the shores of Tripoli in song: secret mission for the U. S. Marines. These items were noted in the Boat News which came off the press just before the Eagle Queen got under way. You have been on board the Eagle Queen Showboat. We hope that you have enjoyed your brief visit with the Class of 1957. Senior Class Will We, the seniors, have been told we must leave this fair world. Which now we leave our few things we do have. To the Junior Class, we will the ability to be along in class and our seats, which are carved up so nice. To the Sophmore Class, we will our leadership and ability to get along with each other. To the Freshman class, we will our four years of hard work and the ability to earn money for the trip. I, Elaine Miss American Ruth Smith, will my good looks to Lee Stewart, and my seat in the study hall to Sharon Myers. I, Jack Jackson Myers will my seat on the bus to Kay Zinn, and my ability to get history to Mary Jane Winners. I, Ronnie Butterball Lautzenheiser, will my ability to get ones in English to Tom Weaver, and my ability to get on the honor roll once a year to Larry Whittenbarger. I, Lola Sis Beard, will my ability to daydream in History to Pauline Lichtensteiger, and my ability to get along in English to Lee Stewart. I, Doyle Truman Garwood, will my Plymouth to Doyt Sheets, and my ability to get a hair cut quite often to Darrell Grice. I, Rudolph Rudy Salazar, will my sideburns to Earl Miller, and my basketball suit to Sharon 'Jiehl. I, Barbara Dud Dudgeon, will my glasses to Max Kochensparger, and my shoes to Willard Merkle. I, Kenny Ferdinhand J. for Jones Smith, will my handsome looks to Kay Zinn, and my Official Pace Car of the Indianapolis 500 of 1931 to anyone who thinks they can keep it on the road. 1 I, Marion Stinky Rickard, will my ability to skip school to Rex Miller, and my money to Joan Mauller. I, Mary Casey Case, will my long hair to Max Kockensparger, and my good times 1've had to Mary Jane Winners. I, Dave Duddle C. Myers, will my Cigarette Roller and Dukes mixture to Darla Gehres, and my rag top Studebaker to anyone who is crazy' to take it. I, Ronnie Bud Hakes, will my ability to tell tall tales to Bob Bowen, and my presidents job of the outcasts to any Jr. boy to Slim's Jim. I, Mary Hurk Hurless, will my ability to have fun on the class trip to Mary Jane Winners, and my ability to do my own English to Felix Salazar. I, Dean Hillbilly Vanover, will my careful driving to Darrell Grice and my ability to get along with the teachers to Myrna Myers.
