Annual Staff For members of the Annual Staff, work began in the Spring as the staff organized. Giving up summer days was also a part of being on the staff as members walked in either the hot sun or the rain and mud to sell ads. Starting in early fall and continuing through winter, it was a chain of doing lay- outs, doing copy, and taking pictures until the last deadline was met on time.
