Key Club ’67-’68 The Key Club has enjoyed one of its most successful years this year. It presented a highly successful assembly entitled the GRAND OLE OPERY , a take-off on country western music. Though smaller in number than last year ' s club, this year ' s club has had many success- ful projects and has enjoyed a highly success- ful year . Key Club members are shown replacing stage lighting and cleaning. This is one of their many, helpful, service projects. Art And Photography Club Club members shown working on mural are: Johnny Stidham, Tony Delp, Tommy Ropp, and Charles Slate . Jo Lynn Rector checks film in the new school photography lab. Talking about Picasso, being able to draw anything, well this year the members of the Art Club can do anything Picasso did and more. Some of the projects the Art Club did this year were helping teachers fix bulletin boards, painting pictures to be put in town and at the hospital, and also serving the school through art. This year the Art Club also plans to set up a dark room for photography. Beta Club Old Members are Pat Comer, Sue Dawson, Barry Chapman, Billy Mitchell, Charles Connett, Coleen Hogston, June Crusenberry, Rocky Ca- hill, Pat Arnold, Mack Walls, Curtis Surber, and Randy Wertz. Curtis Surber, June Crusenberry, and Jo Dan Shortt are shown above in a one act play given by the Beta Club for assembly. Leadership, loyalty and truth are the symbols of the Beta Club. This year the Club has shown its leadership by the various projects it has done. During American Education week, a short play entitled Vacation on the Moon was presented . Other projects were the Easter seal drive and helping teachers at the end of each semester. Officers are Randy Wertz, Pres. ; Mack Walls, Sgt. at arms; Pat Comer, SCA Rep.; Mrs. Clear, Sponsor; Billie Mitchell; Sec. ; and Barry Chapman, V. Pres. New Members are: Wynette Montgomery, Tommy Woodward, Peggy Clapp, Brenda Hogston, Sherry Smith, Lee Anna Rector, Charlene Ratcliff, Linda Lee, Cheryl Hen- derson, and Mack Mabe. 96
