X KEY CLUB The Key Club has been established for serv- ice to the school, community, and nation. It is composed of some of the key male members of the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grades, and is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club. The club has been rated the most outstanding in our high school for the past two years, and finished second in the Silver Division Qclubs composed of less than 25 membersi in the Capitol District last year. The club officers attended the International Convention in Washington, D.C. last summer, and most of the members attended the District Convention in Richmond. Better understanding of the objectives has been brought about since the Lieutenant Govemor of the Division is a member of the club. JU IOR TRI-H1-Y y ri Mrs. Surber Jo Anne Horne Advisor President A Christmas Party for the underprivileged children of our community was a main project of the Senior Tri-Hi-Y. It was carried out with the help of Junior Tri-Hi-Y and the Hi-Y. The Junior Tri-l-li-Y originated the observation of Teacher Appreciation Day in our school. In the Hi-Y's first year of organization at R. B. Worthy High School, it has accomplished much to- ward reaching its goals.
