The unusual thing about this light comedy was the number of ch- aracters--twenty-two in all. The first act portrayed an authentic court trial. Betty Bray as Mrs. Crane, one of the jurors, succeeds after two acts in getting the jury to vote Elaine Hoxie as Mrs. Gordon not guilty ----- though her methods were not quite honor- able. Russell Larson as Mr. Press- ley, foreman of the jury, has dif- iculty in keeping the jury room orderly. WOMEN OF THE COURTROOM Rear row: Kay Danielson, Audrey Kinsman. Coaches We won, however, from Lakefield and this vict- ory was especially important because it was our homecoming game, Homecoming this year was a great success. Parades--pep fests--bonfires ---a good game---a school dance---these were the highlights of the great day. Mystery was added to the excitement and fun when the night before, some unknown enemy sneaked out to the fairgrounds in the middle of the night and set fire to the bonfire which was built up in preparation for the pep fest. But the students got busy and by nightfall had a bonfire big enough for any pep fest--which shows the kind of spirit which has prevailed in the school throughout the year.
