Mr. H. C. McCord, Superintendent of the Worthington Schools, has served this school system since l93O. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts from Ohio State University. Before becoming Super- intendent, Mr. McCord taught and was principal in the high school. Mr. Earl W. Lane entered the Worthington School system as a teacher of math and science in l953. He became acting principal in January of this year, re- placing Mr. Williams. Mr: Lane attended Ohio Univer- sity and Ohio State where he obtained a Bachelor and Masters degree in Education. Congratulations to the members of the graduating class of i959 upon their achievements during their high school years. lt is my sincere hope that each of you has acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to assure success in whatever you undertake. I wish each of you happiness and the best of luck in the years ahead. Administration We hope you are looking for- ward to your future with the confi- dence and enthusiasm that you have displayed here at Worthington High School. Your school is always interested in your welfare and we will be glad to be of service to you at any time. We wish you much hap- piness and every success in your future endeavors. Mr. Glenn D. Williams became principal of this high school in 1956. Since l95O he had been a teacher in our high school. Mr. Williams obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from O.S.U. On the first of January he took a leave of absence in order to finish his work on his Doctors degree. My very best wishes go with the class of '59. My only regret is that l could not have been with you throughout your Senior year. l want to encourage each and every member to call upon us in future years whenever you feel that we can be of service. l am sure that the entire faculty ioins me in a sincere desire for your success in whatever you do.
