James Woodward Upon the retirement last year of Jim Woodward, Worden School District lost one of its most loyal and dedicated employees. Whether you called him the janitor, the custodian, Jim, or Mr. Woodward didn't make a great deal of difference to him. He did his job and he took pride in his work. For his many years of loyal service to the district, we dedicate this yearbook, the 1974 Tro- jan, to Jim Woodward. The Easter vacation found this year's seniors at Holiday Inn - Lake of the Ozarks. We see Mr. Wit- thoft about to check Blake and Blaine's suitcases, Miss Milavec ready to take off, Linda unpacking her Pinto, Dube passing the luggage check, the girls in dresses!! and Larry explaining a new card game. The memories of the way we were on the class trip will be with us for a long, long time. Whatever your memories of your senior year are like, there's no denying this is the way we were in 14, Sponsored by: This year nineteen Worden High students went to the Area Vocational Center in Collins- ville. Thirteen Seniors went in the morning and five Juniors and one Senior went in the afternoon. Many happy hours were spent there learning a vocation as well as making many new friends with other area students. THE BANK OF EDWARDSVILLE 330 W.
