Perhaps no one who has never been engaged in such an undertaking, can realize the time, the labor,—a labor of love—and even the sordid consideration of expense that has been necessary for the production of this little book. Since all our time and labor, as per catalogue, belongs to the Insti¬ tute, it is not ours for disposal or we would bequeath it to our readers. There is a limit, however, to the elasticity of our charitable dispositions, and we draw the line at this point. The price of the book is one dollar. Two books, two dollars.
