In the first few years of the Club's existence, the mem- bers used to get together and sew, but at meetings today, they have guest speakers, a business meeting, and re- freshments. One of this year's most interesting meetings was held on March 225 it was a reunion of former members, and Mrs. Robert l. Delahanty was given a Davis Towers gavel for coming the long- est distance. Every year the members of the Thimble Club sponsor a foreign film in Warner Memorial, the proceeds of which are used for a two hundred and fifty dollar scholarship, given to a boy in school who is deemed worthy and deserving. This year's moving picture, The Life and Loves of Beethoven, proved to be one of the most successful in the club's history. HAEHIEVE THE HUNURABLEH 25
