The Board of Education 'l'hough not always realized by students, the VVooster City Board of Education plays an important part in their lives, It is the responsibility of the Board to organize and control every aspect of the XVooster City School system. This past year the Board of Education moved forward in its attempt to provide adequate facilities for NVooster's youth by putting a bond issue before the people. lt has also spent a great deal of time in outlining a sound financial system for operating expenses, which includes teaching personnel, utilities, and non-instructional personnel. The board made steps forward in both the physical and instructional aspects of education for W'ooster schools. The Superintendent This year Mr. Rasmussen came to XVoostel' to lill the position of Super- intendent ol' Wlooster City Schools. His performance has been outstand- ing.
