Dressed in Redmen garb, the Girls' Sextet sang Tumbling Tumbleweeds to entertain the newly crowned Chief and Princess. An exciting moment when Keith turns over the Chief's headdress to Mark! The Boys' Quartet sang for the special event. Besides Gary Campbell, Jim Beddow, and Norman Starr was Eliot Punk, a member of the royalty. JUNIOR-SENIOR P The 1960 Prom is kicked off by the Grand March performed by WHS students. These sober faces are the exact opposite of gay clamor that followed the Grand March as the evening wore on. The Grand March continues as the Participants begin to feel the gaiety of the; fes- tivities . Jake Schlicht and Sharon Yegge seem to enjoy the pacing of the Grand March as the band played WITH A SONG IN MY HEART the theme of the Prom. A handsome foursome seem to enjoy themselves as they step to the tune played for the Grand March. Jim Flanders, Deanna Peter- son and Jim Beddow wait pa- tiently before the main meal is served. Tired, weary yet happy faces appeared at 5:30 for breakfast at the Jamison home after a night of fun-packed house-to-house parties.
