What amazes us most about Xenia is her uncanny way of solving the most involved geometrical entanglements. And she modestly explains, It's luck! Look at those eyes! They smile as much as her mouth does. Rose says that that results from listening to the funny jokes Zelda always entertains the girls with. Rose is an excellent student-all those A's on her report'card convince us of her genius. We've always wondered why Rose kept mum when asked about whim. We don't know yet who he is. With her humorous remarks Della has often turned a gloomy group into a roaring mass. Although Della is as happy as the day is long, she also has her very serious moments. When Emma is in a room, one is hardly aware of- her presence. She likes to read and study, and skating is her favorite sport.
