The Woodway Neophonies gave the 1979-80 year dynamic musical entertainment. After rigorous rehearsals in the fall, the Neos faced a hectic performance schedule during the Christmas season, with engagements at Latitude 47 and the Washington Plaza Hotel. After the New Year, the Neophonics were hard at work producing the February Funantics, Caught in the Act. Led by Director Lee Evans, the class exhibited outstanding co- operative efforts towards perfecting their performance, with ev- eryone working together for the benefit of the whole. The results were greatly appreciated by the numerous audiences which were well entertained and their hard work was appreciated by WHS students as well.
