Because of their interactions with young students they have become more capable in dealing with ideas and actions that are not always in the best interests of the individuals or of society. Often after working with others of different person- alities, teachers find fault with themselves and are given the incentive for self-improve- ment. There are many students that maintain daily jobs in addition to going to school for a full day. Working hours may vary from 4 to 50 hours a week, however the paycheck is always welcomed. Hav- ing extra money is very important to most teen- agers today. Some spend their money on expensive hobbies, school activities, or for supplies. Others use their money for dating and recreation.
