Girls' club does its own thing FRONT ROW: Diana Avery, Karen Kaltbrunner, Janis Cox, Yolanda Martinez, Becky Rath, Frances jasper. BACK ROW: Thea Hinclal, Norma Larshus, Linda Ne- well, Peggy Taylor, janet Schaal, Debbie Snow. Girls' Club did their own this year When. . . the officers picked uniforms like Shoreline l-Iigh's Girls' Club had the year before. . .an inactive Boys' Club beat us in the canned food drive.. .we sold the same carameled apples for two weeks. . .we made a candle factory out of the Home Ec. room for the Tolo can- dles. . .the junior Class President came in and helped bake Spanish Wedding cakes for Tolo-he may not have helped much, but he really ate a lotl. . . Eeyore came to visit the girls at the Big-Little Sister Banquet. . .three seventh graders bought Mums from our Mum Sale. . .we had girls marking the Boys' Club canned foods with G's so that we could claim them. . .Stag gave Girls' Club half of the totalcans for the canned food drive. . .we saw the job on the faces of the Sophomores when they got sardines shoved down their throats at the Big-Little Sister Banquet... Tolo turned out to be WoodWay's first suc- cessful formal dance.
