MISS ZERITA SCHWARTZ be Coumelom' MR. JOHN MCCONNELL MISS GEORGIA LEE BLACKWELL Need help on planning your program, setting a goal in life, or planning your future? The three counselors, Miss Zerita Schwartz counseling the tenth and twelfth grades, Mr. John McConnell aiding the eighth and eleventh grades and Miss Georgia Blackwell coping with the problems of the seventh and ninth grades, are at your service to help and advise you. These big responsibilities are handed very well by our three capable counselors.

MR. ARTHUR I. VIGARD DR. J. HOWARD OWENS Dr. Owens, Assistant Principal for the junior high, has various responsibilities. Among these are problems of discipline, attendance, admission and withdrawals. He has supervision over classes in the Helds of mathematics, art, and home economics. He is also a member of the Activities and Citizenship Committees. He is a sponsor for the Student Coun- cil and the student book store. Also, Dr. Owens is the principal for the evening school held at Wood- ward. This is his third year at Woodward. Administration MR. ARTHUR I. VIGARD Mr. Arthur Vigard, Assistant Principal for the senior high school, aids in the general administration of the school through attendance, admissions, withdrawals and discipline problems. He has supervision of all classes in the fields of science, social studies and business. He also has charge of the ordering and distributing of textbooks and the opera- tion of the lunchroom and parking lot. He is a member of several committees including the chairmanship of the Awards Committee. This is Mr. Vigard's second year at Woodward. DR, J. HOWARD OWEN
