SENIOR CLASS HISTORY The Woodward Senior Class started with five originals They included Dixie Doty, Janice Sheppard, Buddy Pepples, McGee Turner, and Terry Hutt Oh my, but they were orneryl Dixie, Janice, and Buddy stayed at Noodw.rd riaht through, but Terry and McGee roamed around a bit before they not settled here In the first arsde, these five acquired Nancy Newell to help give the first vrade teacher a rouvd time Second arade came, and with it came Dean Bice, ToAnn weyer Duane Tinvw ld, Elnora Dyer, Ralph Varisco, Ann sivlln, and Carolyn Peters Man, did they ever nelp the cause' Also that year one of the oriainals w lost McGee rambled to California The tWlPd vrade year, w CqU1PGd none but we lost Carolyn Peters ard Ralph Varisco Fourth grade brought Ralph back, but Ann decided to vamoose Terry also returned for another try when fifth rade came around we lost no one and acquired Dorla Nation Again Ann Siplin and Carolyn Peters declded to trv our fair school In rolled slxtn arade and we acquired no new members Guess everybody was afrald to Join us The startlnp of Tunior Hiah, se enth arade, quite a few ven tured into our class Those brave ones were Crystal Klnne, Helen Blazan, and Jerry Todd McGee returned to try us avain ToAnn decided Tadrid looked pretty wood so she left for Madrld To help us envoy our fun loving class parties in our eiahth year, came Toyce Pckerlund ToAnn decided Nocdward was okay and moved back aaaln, also Freshman lnltiationalso brcuaht us some help to withstand the upper classmen's pranks Joining us were Beverly Bristle, Rothfus Before the year was over, thouah, Lina decided to leave Our Sophomore year brouvnt us more prestlae but no new members lone were lost, either While slowly on our way un, Sam Newell declded to add dlmSS1f to our Tunior class Adventurous l1D8 also tried us for the second tlme Now we were really at our delght Twenty five laua11na members who particin ted ln everythlng frcm sports to declam Teepers, but the teachers loved us'9 The final step flnally came de were flnally seniors' The same twenty five members are wlth us, none lost, none paxned After vraduatlcn, we'll all ao our seperate ways, but ln our hearts we'll always re ember ost of all tme class of '5 I.l' IA The f a .
