SECOND ROW: Frances Frazier, Linda Mauntler, Myrna Bockbrader, Eunice Busdiecker, Gail Frobose, Marilyn Avers, Joyce Taulker, Polly Turner, Sharon Kneip. FIRST ROW: Jeannie DeAngelis, Faye Baumer, Mary Peck, Mary Lou Taulker, Helen Riffle, Barb Haas. Everyone that attended the school variety show sponsored by the G.A.A. on October 8 agreed that its success was due to the magnificent job that Mrs. Rife did in managing the whole affair and the large supply of talent in the high school. The profits were turned over to the vi1lage's swimming pool fund. During the months of December and January, the volleyball team met teams from other area schools in competition. Whether they won or lost, they had a most enjoyable time making new friends. The basketball season was greeted with glee as Woodville again motored to various schools and entertained those whom they had invited here, The added pep and vitality was largely due to their cheerleaders, Judy Radeloff and Doris Happeny. FIRST ROW: Mike Turner, Ed Botts, Abe Alba, Allen Koch, Terry Magsig, Allen Damschroder. The Varsity Club is composed of high school boys who have earned their letter in basketball or baseball. To elect officers this year they used a very unique method. The first three to speak were made President, Vice-President, and Secretary, res- pectively. Consequently, their officers are: President . . . . . . Abe Alba Vice-President . ..... Ed Botts Secretary ........ ........ C oach Eyler They all enjoyed the basketball game at the Toledo Sports Arena when the Harlem Globetrotters were there. As a money-making project they are selling score cards at the home games. On October 27, they welcomed the new members by initiation.
