Concert Choir provided Christmas music for the Premiers convocation. 7, Crescendos gather around the piano to practice one of their new ar- fangelnentst l Choral Groups Focus on Vocal Talents Freshman students try out for the 9th grade Choir in hope of proe viding pleasure and entertainment to people through music. Hours of practice were necessary for the 9th grade Choir to meet this goal. Un- der the direction of Mr. Ben Niles, performances at PTA, special school convocations, music festivals and contests highlighted the Choir-'s season. During National Music Week, the Crcsccndos, Woodvicw's all girl vocal group displayed their singing talents in a concert at Eastgate The young lady vocalists in Crescendos are, D. Dailey, S. Spaulding, J. Shopping Center. Namingo, M. Butler, C. Gale, K. Allen, A. Benjamin, T. Cool, J. jones, T. Sth graders with vocal abilities Galloway, L. Franklin, K. Halligan, D. Gardner, K. Little, M. These talented young people had the ex- citing experience of singing their Christmas arrangements on local television this year.
