CLASS HISTORY ff, R Yl fWOrk1ne hard Certainly makes one off with me Christmas Dance hungry Suppose we have another brte of the log we started a few months ago We have grven a seventh perlod dance and now the dance after the Salem basketball game is being held tomght They say that a beaver IS a busy creature but termites waste very little time We ve been workrng steadily for about a month and tonight the Saint Valentine s Dance is belng held The dance was successful and we have settled down for another month of work on our log Now that March has arrtved we the Freshmen are sponsoring a movre bene fit called I-larl The Conquering Hero and on our last day at school we are havmg a DICDIC to say farewell to our classmates X We have now entered the second ring of our log and our appetite is rncreasrng October is here and weve been seeing posters saying Buy your hats now from the Sophomore Class February IS here we re havrng another benefit called Abbott and Costello in Holly wood Now as the year is drawing to a close the Three R s Dance and all the other events are movrng rnto the background We say farewell to another yearl lts Ianuary and the busy little termites are planmng to have a magazine drrvel Hear Ye' Come see the Iunror Play Sprrng Fever I Now that the play is over we are looking forwa d to recerving our class r1r1gs The busy llttle termites are chipping more off the log by gettrng ready for the Iunror Prom The theme is a Sunken Garden The last event we are looking forward to is the words on our reports sayrng twelfth grade ll In the fall of 47 we again assemble and elect our f1r1al offrcers Thrs year the termites are again chewmg but now rts candy In case you have been wondering what all the Seruors are dorrtg all dressed up they re having their pictures taken' And the big Thanksgrvrng Game arrives 66 tie everybody happy? Then come to the dance tonrghtl And we can be proud of that new trophy Trr County Championships for Football and Hockey Now the 4 year curtain begins to shut the log is nearly frnrshed the terrrntes take their long awaited trip to Washington' The year is done Heres hoping that all the other classes wrll be as happy here as we have been We re Iunrors now and we start the ye if I S f A S xx af A S , M .'
