Our facility are not only indispensable to 11s but also to the community. for many are engaged in activities outside of their regular school responsibilities. The many civic and fraternal organizations claim many of our staFf as members. some are oflicers. Church work, Hospital Auxiliary, and the County Panhellenic have many active teachers in their numbers. Although busy with their personal lives. and above- named organizations, they somehow find time to belong to the IEA. and NEA. Several teachers hold executive positions in these organizations. Most all of them have special professional organizations in their own fields to which they belong. The fall witnesses the coming of the IEA divisional meeting in Aurora, which our faculty attends. while MCI-lenry County Institute is held at WCHS in the winter. Special days are few, and it's the hours spent in the classroom. working with the student. and the conferences with parent and student that make up a smooth running administration. They do. however. take time off occasionally to relaxsat a Kolfee- Klotch after school. or a tea with the other schools. T MISS .IICANINIC CZARNEQZKI. BA.. BS.. l..S. University ol Indiana.
