Gary was active in French Club, and he played withthe Wood- ruffband--yes, he likes rock 'n' roll! Also, he played the part of Boggins, the butler, in the Senior Class Play. Perhaps most people picture Gary with a camera around his neck, for he is an avid photography fan and has taken many pictures around Woodruff. In fact, thanks must go to Gary for some of the pictures in this year's Talisman. Gary is a hard worker and a good friend to all those who know him. Student Council also spon- s o r e d Good - Grooming Week, February 23 - 27, In this picture, taken in Room 305, lim Carrithers, Larry Miesse, Steve Naug, and Sandra Kinney seem to ha ve ta ken Dress -Up Day, very seriously. Many stu- dents expressed a desire to have more dress -up days. ez cflean up Sf cllnezm up This year the Student Council sponsored a clean-up week in which every student and faculty member was asked to participate. Posters were made by students and placed in the halls, and everyone was encouraged to do his share to keep Woodruff looking bright. Clean blackboards play an important part in the appearance of our school. Ron Strayer helps out. The Toms, Carter and Kohrs, seem to have taken the cam- paign seriously as they do a little clean-up job in the hall.
