Popularity Contest Winners Winner of the most popular girl contest was Kathy Hummel. Kathy, who is school vice president, is active in many school activities. She has charge of monitors and is a member of the girls chorus and cheerleader squad. She is five feet tall, has big brown eyes and dark hair. Dave Grimaldi won the most popular boy contest and it is not hard to see why. He is known to almost everyone in school as a very friendly lad. He is about five feet tall, has dark brown eyes and hair. He is active in many activities and is a member of the Glee Club. The prettiest girl contest was won by Jackie Amidon by a large majority This was no surprise to her friends as Jackie is a lovely blonde, five feet two, with eyes of blue. She has a friendly smile for everyone. She is a cheerleader, a member of the Girls Chorus and is assembly announcer. The handsomest boy contest was also won by a large majority. The winner is Dick Johnson, a tall lad with light brown hair, blue eyes and a cheerful grin. He is fond of all kinds of sports and likes to hunt and fish. He likes the color blue and enjoys eating steak. A friendly, happy-go-lucky lad is this contest winner.
