SENIOR CLASS WILL The most distinguished, intelligent, and famous Senior Class of I959 realizes that with its departure, Woodrow Wilson High School will lose the most powerful sustaining section of the student body. Fearing that the re- maining students will never be able to recuperate from this great loss, we have decided to write our last will and testament so that their strength will not entirely fail them on that sad and fateful day when we shall leave the dear school forever. Therefore, we shall make one undying effort, a memorial that will set for the generosity and far-reaching vision of the Class of '59, Let it be known that the Senior Class of l959, being of soundest mind, does make the following distribution of its personal possessions. Article I We, the members of the Senior Class, will to Mr. C. G. Peregoy our ex- cellent behavior to be used for the benefit of the coming students. Article Il We bequeath to the faculty our heart-felt sympathy for the great loss we bring about with out leaving, and for having to put up with the classes who will so blunderingly and feebly carry on our work. Article lll To the school as a whole, we will our strength and courage, so they can, at least, make an attempt to match our perfect record. Article IV We, the members of the Chemistry II Class, will to Miss Reardon our pleasing QI fragrances, because she got most of them anyway. We, Linda Kessel and Mary Jane Mulholland, will our ability to get around Mrs. McClure to any Sophomore who can't get along with her. I, Peggy Richmond, will my ability to get mixed up in other people's problems to Eddie Highlander, in hopes that he can get out of them better than I did. I, Linda Bower, hereby will my manners in Chorus Class to Janice Feazell. I, Chippy Newman, will the bottle of peroxide everyone accuses me of using to Sherry Wood in hopes that she'Il remain light and bright . I, Clara Swarthout, will my uncomfortable, short-backed chemistry chair to someone shorter than I. I, Barbara Riffe, will my height to the shortest boy I know: Rod I-larmon, I, Jerry A. Lilly, bequeath my ability to get along with the devoted Re- publican, Mrs. Frank Vass, to Mr. Mark Slack. I, Karen Foster, will the L on my flag girl uniform to any Junior lucky enough to get it. I, Sharon Gallaher, will my Iaryngitis to Peggy Cooke, who needs it. I, Joyce Kidwell, will one lonely year to any Junior girl whose boyfriend is far away. I, Nancy Sparkes, being of weak voice and exhausted condition, do will to Edna White, Patty Anderson, and Sherry Wood a half-filled bottle of shoe polish, a used iron, and a torn-up megaphone. I, Mary Ellen Cole, will my ability to get along with Mrs. McClure, my voice, and my ability to work to go to All-State Chorus to some Lucky Junior. I, Shirley Ann Todd, will my gay heart to the Junior with the most troubles. I, Crash Dorsey, will my ability to use all five senses, good judge- ment, excellent concentration, and quick thinking while driving to anyone who needs it as much as I do. I, Karen Elkins, will Mr. Yoder, flute stand one, to any Junior who has as good an imagination as I have. I, Barbara Hatcher, will my ability to put my foot in my mouth every time I speak, to two of my big-mouthed friends, Barbara Haddox, and May- belle McClaugherty. I, Margaret Sanna, will all the fun I had in Booster Club to Button Lowe. zz
