PHESIIIENTS MESSAGE Our schools and homes in which the four freedoms are taught and lived are the foun- dations of our Democracy. We parents and teachers have the privilege and respon- sibility to see that freedom of speech, freedom of religion, free- dom from want, and freedom from fear Will be the heritage of our children. We must also remember that to maintain these freedoms we must cherish and defend them.
