Time, effort, and energy characterized girls' league Sponsoring such activities as the annual Big and Little Sister Picnic, Pizza Party, Pickle Sale, and Ice Cream Social, Girls' League continued to be one of the most active clubs on campus. The girls, sponsored by Mrs. Lynn Ham bly, also participated in this year's festive homecoming ac- tivities by organizing their own carnival booth. The club's purpose, to promote school spirit, was carried out through weekly meetings and activities. Scholastic achievement rewarded by csf A high grade point average and a good citizenship record were among the achievements obtained by members of California Scholarship Federation. The statewide organization, advised locally by Mr. Thomas Bagshaw, offered members various activities, including two field trips.
