Sci f . F --Q lil iii 'ffm ' ia sua sts lo Girls' League t . . . a friendly smile, a cheery hello, a vvarm welcome and just plain fun. It gave any girl at Wilson an oppor- tunity to become involved in its many activities. Late in September male teachers and administrators cooked pancakes for hungry Bruins, and in October over 500 people enjoyed the annual Pizza Party held vvith fvlillikan. Other annual activities included the Big- Little Sister Picnic, the Teachers' Christmas Party, the Ice Cream Social, and sending birthday cards to all Wilson girls. Incoming sophomores get acquainted with Wilson at the Big-Little Sister Picnic. FALL OFFICERS: Sitting: Connie Tatum, President. Students Work for Fun Row 1: Lynne Dunahoo, Pete Parmenter, Laurel Sharp, Marie Thornhill, Katie Dunahoo, Kim Kett, Row 2: Carol Kircher, Mindy Berkihiser, Carol Pike, Lori Lethin, Bonnie Campbell, Lee Hess, Stacy Bowton, Christine Sadika, Row 3: Greg Silver, Miss Stevens, Al Fronke. Ski Club . . . commonly known as Bota Bag, was led by Miss Terry Stevens. Their first year of existence was filled with weekly meetings, movies, guest speakers and ski trips. A car wash was sponsored to raise money for a ski trip to Mammoth. Red Cross . . . provided service not only to Wilson but also to our community. Their projects in- cluded hospital ward parties, car washes and fund raising drives. Their annual Red Cross Drive helped raise money for needy families. Mrs. Muriel Webecke and Mrs. Mary Morton sponsored this club.
