Sociotl Living The Social Living Department presents to sophomores English and World l-lis- tory, required courses. World l-listory gives to students the historical baclc- ground necessary to comprehend the tunctions and tears ot the world ot to- day. The English curriculum consists ot pertecting grammar and written slsill. Teaching social living are Mr. Eveland, who is department head, Mr. Branch. Mr. Caesar, Mrs. Drummond, Mrs. Eox- hoven, Mr. Eraser, Mr. Elendriclcs, Mrs. James, Mr. McBade, Mr. Kissaclc, Mrs. Northrup, Mr. Rehinstrand, Miss Rilliet, Mrs. Weiland, Miss Zelsdort and Mr. O'Byrne. English Department English has been called by many one ot the world's most ditticult languages. Wilson, theretore, has many courses to assist students in the delicate, it ditti- cult, art ot written and verbal expres- sion. The required sophomore and iunior English grammar courses, English liter- ature, public spealcing, dramatics, gram- mar and composition, iournalism, and Campanile statt give students great op- portunity to become versed in the language ot their country.
