ADMINISTRATION-Mrs. Fox demonstrates an experiment in sugars io her class. ADMINISTRATION WORK AND PLAY-I954 has been a record year for Wilson High School. Enrollment has soared to nearly 3,000. Cne hundred and six fa- culty members have brought our teaching staff to an all-time high in ef- ficiency and excellence. Twenty-three devoted men and women perform our clerical and maintenance tasks diligently and well. The 200 Building, renovated in time for Fall classes, boasts the finest commercial equip- ment. The new electronics shop completes the modern facilities that pre- pare Wilsonites to take places of leadership in the World.

ADMINISTRATION-Our school is steadily improving its programs ot study and cur- riculum to serve the individual needs ot all pupils. lt is the duty ot our vice principals and counselors to help students talce advant- age ot these opportunities. Advice on ca- reers, help with scholarships, and tallcs with the parents are just a tew ot the important jobs this hardworking group pertorms. Miss Meilcle and Dr. Sager, althoughilboth new to Wilson this year, have won the re- spect and love ot the entire student body with their lcindly understanding and expert guidance. Counselors tor separate grades ably handle the students' many problems. The seniors will long remember Mr. Lewis and Mr. Humphrey tor their triendly advice. With Miss Green helping the Juniors and Miss McClellan, the Sophomores, this year's underclassmen plan their programs tor high school to prepare them tor their chosen voc- ations.
