Following a series of arficles criticising schools fhroughouf fhe nafion by Loolc, a survey was made showing good schools. The survey was based on the opinion of sfafe deparfmenfs and prominenf educators. One hundred universities, colleges, school lsysfems, privafe and public high schools, large and small, were given fop rafings. ln fhe survey which dominated fhe issue, pages and pages were used largely filled with pictures of good schools in action across the farflung limits of the United States.
