STUDENT COURT-Fulfilling the duties of the judicial branch of student government at Wil- son, Student Court was active the past year. The purpose of the court was to try students who did not conform to student-made laws, and to change the attitude of the offenders and help them become good campus citizens. The offenders tried were guilty of crowding in the cafeteria line, leaving trays on the tables, throwing papers in the library and patio, throwing water bags, eating in the auditorium, and breaking bottles. Students were summoned to the court after receiving two citations, and put on proba- tion or penalized. Members of the court try to change attitudes of non-conformists to fit into society.
