Ee eel ARTICLE 1 To Our Parents, we extend our sincere appreciation for their sympathy and kindness shown us during our siruggle through twelve years of school. ARTICLE 2 To Our Faculty, Principal, and School Board, we extend our heartfelt thanks for all their efforts. ARTICLE 3 To The Junior Class, we leave our senior dignity, our place in assembly, our room, and our teachers. SECTION II I, Jane Morgan, do will my faithful basketball suit No. 7” to Betty Jane Pore. |, Max Grant, do will my red hair and freckles to Douglas Burgess, with the admonition that he produce something unusual. I, Johnsie Pinkston, do leave my friendly ways to H. T. Hall. I, Katrina Livengood, do bequeath my ability to keep my engagement ring and yet finish school to Jo Ann Stamper. I, Maroline Seamon, do leave my bashfulness to Delores Lyerly. I, Aaron Godbey, do bequeath my ability to draw airplanes during class (and yet get by with it) to Gilbert Archie. I, Helen Wetmore, do will my neatness to Ann Fisher, not that she needs any. I, Lydia Ann Bailey, do leave my quietness to Nancy Lyerly and Lois Swicegood. I, Joyce Williams, do bequeath my post as Editor of ihe “Acorn’’ and the “Leaf” to Peggy McDanie! and Martha Lou Parker. I, Mildred Gentle, do will my bus ‘No. 29” to anyone brave enough to take it. Reba Moore, do leave my unusual manner of laughing to Lois Goodman. Betty Ann Overman, do leave my skill of making A’s to Ray Doss. Richard Current, do bequeath my ability to pester the teachers to Charles Kluttz. Billy Steele, do will my ability to attract girls to Bobby Godbey and Dan Adams. Joe Robbins, do will my athletic ability to Priscilla McDaniel. Willie Perrell, do will my dependability to Gerald Steele.
