PEP RALLIES To stimulate spirit, the Varsity Cheerleaders organize pep rallies each Friday before football games. The Pantherettes dance, the Flag Corps twirl flags, the band plays, and the J.V. and Varsity Cheerleaders cheer. For entertainment, the cheerleaders plan different skits that involve the students attending the pep rallies. Scott Seal ate more bananas than he could stand. David Hubbard and Kenny Brown stood in ice filled chests to see who was the “coolest'’ football player. And we all remember the immortal kiss that Mrs. Hutchinson gave Ali Momenzadeh! Spirits peaked with the singing of “I’m So Glad”. The pep rallies ended on a more solemn note with the traditional singing of the “Alma Mater”. 9
