IN APPRECIATION The CARDINAL Yearbook Staff wish to take this opportunity to express apprecia- tion, in behalf of the Woodland Schools, to a group of men who put much effort and time in furthering the education of the students in our school. They re- ceived little or no reward for the effort they put forth, but indeed these efforts are appreciated by each and every one of us. The members of the Board of Education are, left to right: FRONT ROW: Supt. of Schools, James M. Rahm; T. H. Huskey, Secretary to the Board; George Barker, Pres., Board of Education. BACK ROW: Gladys Bollinger; Lester Barks; Earl Lutes; Howard Greer, Vice President. Members of the Board whose term expired in April, 1967, and who did not file for re-election, were Mr. Winferd Upchurch and Mr. Claude Angle. These men must share in our special word of thanks to the Board of Education for the planning of the fine new Gymnasium and Vocational Agriculture Building now being con- structed. What a joy it will be to move into the new facilities--some time next year!! 3
