Norman Jackson, who has served on the board since 1950, was re-elected as chairman of the board. Quiet, friendly, Hr. Hornburg is completing his first year as Woodland superintendent of schools. He was called from Neah Bay last August. Since then he has seen the approval of an S8oo,ooo bond levy for a new high school which is expected to be ready for use by September 1955.
