After a slow start, the Warriors began to jell as a team and ran off victory strings of six and four straight games. We all can be proud of this, the first basketball team to represent Woodlan High School. No finer, more courageous group of athletes could have rep- resented our school. Always fighting, never giving up, the team has started a tradition of which we all may be proud. Although not impressive, the record is good, since the pitching staff was composed mainly of inexperienced underclassmen.
