1 THE CREST YEARBOOK T EF What can we say now that it's all over? Nothing, except that we hope you like it! Aside from that, we have no advice, words of wisdom, or appropriate cliches to flaunt piously in your eager little faces. You might be interested or curious to know what went on behind the scenes of the meet- ings from which this yearbook sprang. You'd be shocked. The blasts of yelling, scattered papers and photographs, temper tantrums, and angry oaths would surely discourage prospective yearbook workers from approach- N ing their coming task with any degree of enthusiastic innocence. It was all a big ruse, though, because everything worked as smoothly as any editor might have hoped for, with everyone ris- ing to meet the deadlines in true pilgrim style. You may notice that we have no specially titled editors Cexcept for Pami, who wasn't ever really an official mem- ber of the staff, but rather made the grade on the merit of her much-needed talentj. Everyone on the staff, as well as several people not connected with it, did whatever had to be done whenever it was needed. Special thanks go to Janet Sutton, Jackie Wong, Ioan Salmon, and Paul White, who moved like the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse against the evils of layout, literature, photography, and advertisements. We would all like to thank Mrs. Margaret W. Austin, our advisor, who devoted a great deal of her time and effort to seeing that everything went as we hoped and prayed it would.
