M ay Day Memories The organ began to play . . . a hush fell . . . Wooddale's first junior high school May Day began . . . Cary Phillips, well-known disc jockey took his place as M.C., and the students went wild. There were beautiful girls in beautiful gowns, handsome men in the latest fashions, and the beautifully deco- rated stage lent a spring-like atmosphere to the rainy day. Of course the most exciting moment was when the closely guarded secret, the identity of the King nd the Queen and the members of their court, was Eevealed.
