1 EJ? 'Elm The buses were loaded and the roll was checked - Mr. Shelby played the piano and refreshments were served - these were the beginnings of two of our Senior activities. With the warmth of spring upon us and a cold winter behind us four busloads of Seniors trooped out to Shelby Forest. Amid all the poison oak and mud every Senior restored himself back into the bus for the trip home. For a more solemn occasion attention was turned to the Senior reception. For the teachers and stu- dents it provided one last opportunity to break away from the classroom and to discuss among themselves. lt all seemed unreal, but it was true - the final ac- tivities had begun. gf?
