', f' ah '5 . fx! 49 Coach Flaherty The Woodbridge High School Basketball team had an excellent season in the 1976-77 campaign, compiling a 21-5 record. Highlights of the season were the winning of the Conference and Township Championships. The Barrons achieved their winning ways by playing excellent defense and molding their offense into a five man machine. The Barrons always had balanced scoring and no one player dominated the scoring statistics. The starting five for the barrons played well together but one of the strong points for the team was their excellent bench strength which won many games for them. ln summing up the 1976-77 basketball season we have to remember the sixth man on court at all times, our enthusiastic crowd who always gave the Barrons fantastic support and infinite inspiration whether we were behind or ahead, they were the greatest!
