Walter was elected captain of one of the junior football teams last fall. He is also a promising member of the track squad. Three Years PHILl.Y Evan is known throughout the school for his wit and sense of humor. Needless to say he has made many friends. On the athletic Held, Evan has been a hard worker during his stay at VVooclberry. He saw action in many of the varsity football games this Fall, though failing to win his varsity letter. He looms as a strong contender for the berth of regular catcher on the baseball. team this Spring. He has been improv- ing in this sport, by leaps and bounds, and has shown up well in the VV1nter indoor practice. Evan is a member of the Choir and also of the German Club.
