Newly appointed staff members find the challenge exciting and rewarding. Vice principals, Mr. Thomas Jett and Mr. James Mosby assist students with ad- vice for forthcoming student activities. Mr. Mosby was appointed vice principal after having served as Social Studies Department Head for five years. Carrying out a new policy of issuing blue slips, handling the problems of indi- vidual students, and working with the staff as coordinators of student discipline are the Deans. Newly appointed Dean of Boys, was Mr. Faburn DeFrantz with Mr. Bruce Wilson named as assistant. Mrs. Julia Weir was appointed assistant Dean of Girls to work with Mrs. Patricia Hallagan, Dean of Girls.
