Go Team-C eerleaders theme The Cheerleaders do more than kick their heels and yell! For Homecoming they entered a float, Beat the Rebels, Mix 'Em Up. Varsity, reserve and freshman worked together to make it one of the best in the parade. Cheerleaders were enlisted by the boy's Physical Education Department to head up the ticket sales for the WIFE-Good Guys game. Over 3300.00 dollars in tickets were sold by this group. Monday is Popcorn day for the cheer- leaders. They are responsible for popping corn, selling it and cleaning up. All pro- ceeds go towards defraying costs of new uniforms. UPPER-Majorettes Carla Alexander, Janet Ar- buckle and mascot keep in step with the band. LOWER-Reserve c h e e r l e a d e r s who cheered with the varsity during football games are Jean Baurele, Debbie Horton, Wanda Rowe, Ramona Cook, and Margaret Burris. was Mb er ffiixf?
