New ulti-media Center inspires better stud habits Multi-media Center, a new name given to the audio visual and library complex, made available to students books, film- strips, and tapes to supplement their studies in any subject area. In the day of fast communication and travel, French and Spanish students are given a chance to read, write, and speak in a language other than their own. Listening to tapes and records of native speakers, imitating the pronunciation of the teacher, reading and writing exercises and in the advanced levels, writing original articles in the foreign language are part of the weekly schedule. Literature Comes to Life was the theme chosen by the English Department for their annual assembly. English classes were able to attend the Civic Theater for a production.
