Without the support of Mr. White. we would not have been able to have the class. Next, I would like to thank our director, Ms. Atkinson, for taking on another orchestra class in addition to teaching classes at the School of the Arts and at Landon. Because of her, this year, our orchestra has had the opportunity to perform on many occa- sions throughout the community. These performances included playing at the Gala opening of the Jacksonville Symphony. Der- forming foritheSchool Board employees at the School Board Building, and combining with the School of the Arts orchestra for several oohcertsincluding their Holiday Exravaganza at the Civic Auditorium. Lastgbut certainly not least. l thank the members of our orchestra for putting in the extra effort to be in orchestra at 7:0Q4a.rn.and for making the sacrifices necessary to prepare the i music and perform in the concerts.
