F... el is g l l l ,ng W K 'R .. 4 W L' F l .fr 1' ' 2 'F pei nw AP IN it R14 g Y' 3 f 3 'x 7 , an - as f 118 Media Center Collecting The Thoughts The Media Center IS an Important part of Wolfson High School ln the Media Center, students can obtaln the research materials needed for prolects They may also take advantage of quietness to complete school work It provides a place for leslure reading as well The Media enter hosted the annual science fair which displayed award wlnnlng science projects In prevlous years, it has hosted the club fair which enables students of Wolfson to become acquainted with the different clubs of Wolfson Ms Rylant Head Media Specialist supennsed the third annual superintendents reading program Read To Succeed Offered only ln the month of November, it was a way for students, parents, and teachers to earn points and prizes for readlng books. Thls program has considerably increased the circulation of books in the Media Center. Ms. Beach who serves as the Media Specialist, has implemented a program which encourages students to take advantage of Wolfson's media resources. This program is called Student Production . In this program, a student can learn to make such vlsual aids as slides and video tapes. Every month there ls a special visual ald class ln which one visual aid ls taught. This program has been very successful this year. ln March, there was a Media Fair which displayed all of the work students have produced. Ms. Beach enloys teaching the class and sums it up like this, lt ls a sneaky way of teaching a student something he or she would not have pursued beforef' r

',tg,it2if'z, ,li JJ if ,J L Keeping Records Straight The Bookkeeper's Office is constantly kept busy Managed by Mrs Lorl Labello the bookkeeper and Mrs Pam Dukes, the book keeper s assistant they handle all ofthe financial responsibilities at damaged textbooks, selling yearbooks lqcks caps and gowns and Senior announcements and handling all of the club accounts Be cause the bookkeepers are supported by both the faculty and the student body their job is made quite a but easier They are a much needed and appreciated part of Wolfson High School . .
