Mr. White's right hand woman and assistant instructional leader ot' Wolfson Senior High is our very own vice principal. Miss Miriam Jean Smith. She and Mr. White work diligently as a team and compliment each other's ahilities. Miss Smith's job is very detailed and touches all areas ofthe educational program. A few ot' the tasks she tackles with pride and vigor are: organizing various reports lincluding F'l'lC which involves Wollson's lundingl: serving as principal when Mr. White must he ahsent: holding conferences with parents. teach! ers. and students: coordinating the school calendar: working g e wor closely with the teaching and maintenance stalls. and observing classrooms. Miss Smith can he found at many academic and athletic events displaying her school pride and spirit while supporting those students who continually set records which set Wolfson apart from all other schools in Duval County. A very respected and admired lady. Miss Smith's dedication and love lor Wolfson are ohvious in her hright and cheerful smile and warm personal- ity.
